Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee the coordination of sales processes, ensuring seamless integration between dealers, vendors, and city sales teams. This role plays a key part in supporting daily sales operations, maintaining productivity levels, and executing sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and city sales teams for operational requirements.
  • Manage subscriptions for prominent publications.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure timely order processing.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Manage backend team productivity, salary processing, and invoice management.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and prepare timely reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in direct sales processes operations.
  • Experience in sales operations, coordination, or backend support roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in English and Marathi is essential.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
