Job Description:
As a member of the Capgemini team, the Business Strategy Consultant role is responsible for working with clients to identify and deliver business value through strategic and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to deliver value to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure ongoing business growth and satisfaction
• Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in business administration or related field
• 7+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Jira
Preferred Skills:
• Additional domain experience in Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, or other relevant industries
• Data visualization and data analysis experience
• Experience with business development and sales strategies
