The role of a Product Manager – Research is pivotal in driving the innovation and development of new products.

This individual acts as a bridge between HQ and local teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with HQ guidelines.
  • Translate HQ requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in product features and performance.
  • Mentor and manage software developers, fostering collaboration and productivity.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery through leadership.
  • Implement agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
  • Evaluate if products meet functional, technical, and design standards.
  • Collaborate with QA and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Liaise with HQ to ensure alignment and clear communication.
  • Present product updates and progress reports.
  • Balance business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Product Manager in software, digital products, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver applications and SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), with experience working directly with international teams/HQ.
  • Able to translate product vision into actionable plans.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing distributed or multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, APIs, mobile ecosystems).
  • Background in scaling SaaS or mobile app products internationally.
