Developing innovative teaching methodologies, including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection, is an essential aspect of this role.
- Design and update the Anatomy curriculum as per NMC guidelines.
- Conduct and supervise original research projects in gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy, and clinical applications.
As a respected academic, you will be responsible for publishing research papers in reputed peer-reviewed national and international journals.
- Guide Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students in research methodology and publications.
- Collaborate with other departments and external institutions on interdisciplinary research.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong leadership and mentoring abilities, and a commitment to academic excellence are essential for this position.
Administrative & Leadership:- Organize academic events such as CMEs, workshops, conferences, and webinars.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Strong academic background, evidence of research publications, and experience in curriculum development are preferred qualifications for this role.
- MD (Anatomy) / MS (Anatomy) or equivalent recognized qualification.
- 8+ Years of teaching experience in Anatomy as per NMC / MCI norms.
