We are seeking an expert in Digital Transformation to join our organization. In this critical role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and backlog refinement with cross-functional teams. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and tasks in a project management tool with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Lead stakeholder demos, capturing feedback and translating it into actionable user stories. Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure timely document approvals and alignment on business needs.
  • Track and report the status of user stories and blockers in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives. Support process documentation, including current-state and future-state process flows.
  • Evaluate activities and deliverables against validation processes, regulatory requirements, and audit readiness standards. Work closely with validation teams to support documentation and change control.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams for effective delivery of work packages and alignment on shared deliverables and documentation.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodologies is highly valued.
  • Able to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity working in a regulated environment with knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) lifecycle principles.
  • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks, and change management practices.
  • Excellent documentation skills and comfort with process modeling tools.
  • Experience with onsite and offshore delivery models.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Business Systems Analyst or Product Analyst in pharmaceutical or life sciences domain is preferred.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications are highly desired.
  • GxP/CSV compliance certification is a plus.
