Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our digital applications for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the testing team to success
  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery
  • Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
  • Developing Test Plans, working with upstream and downstream application teams
  • Developing and maintaining functional and SIT/UAT test scripts
  • Creating and sharing test status with all stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in functional and automation testing
  • Experience in automation using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit
  • Experience in integration testing between ERP and Salesforce applications
  • Understanding of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies
  • Ability to understand and collaborate on requirements and design
  • Good business analysis skills
  • Database experience and working knowledge of SQL queries
  • Knowledge of FNA Domain
  • Knowledge of API testing
  • Knowledge of performance tools like JMeter/Load Runner
  • Understanding of coding enterprise applications in Java, PHP, and other languages

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desired experience in web services testing
  • QA certification
