Account Manager - Supply

As a key member of our supply team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with service professionals in your city. This role is a mix of strategic account management and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of professionals (architects, interior designers, builders, contractors)
  • Meet professionals on-ground regularly at their offices, project sites, or showrooms to build trust and ensure ongoing engagement
  • Drive onboarding, quality control, and performance tracking of professionals on the platform
  • Ensure professionals complete and maintain high-quality profiles (project uploads, service details, pricing, etc.)
  • Educate professionals on Kolo's lead generation, branding, and business tools; ensure they adopt and use these features actively
  • Monitor lead engagement, ensure timely responses from professionals, and help them close opportunities efficiently
  • Act as the single point of contact for issue resolution, feedback collection, and performance improvement

Requirements:

  • 2 + years of experience in account management, business development, or relationship handling-preferably in a high-touch or on-ground role
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to travel frequently within the city
  • Experience or interest in the construction, design, or real estate domain is a bonus
