Key Role: FP&A Business Lead

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) division.

Job Overview

This pivotal role demands an analytical expert with deep knowledge of business operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing, managing, and maintaining financial models to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, distilling complex data into actionable insights, and presenting compelling recommendations to senior leadership.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Designing and delivering high-impact financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Providing insightful financial guidance to support strategic initiatives and optimization efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging position, you will require:

Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A and business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI.
Business Acumen & Soft Skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effectively conveying complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative solutions.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior exposure to SaaS companies or high-growth environments.
  • Experience working with automation initiatives and process improvements.
