Job Description

Position Summary

Redaptive is looking for a FP&A Associate for its India team to work closely with global leadership and India FP&A team.Responsibilities and Duties: Contribute to the development of the annual operating expense budget and monthly forecasts to drive long-term strategic business decisions across the organization. Prepare and continue to improve monthly cash flow forecasts. Support the preparation of the monthly reporting package that analyzes budgeted/forecasted results against actual financial performance, clearly interpreting and documenting variances, and cost drivers. Assist with internal and external presentations that articulate the companys financial performance. Partner with U.S. FP&A team to perform ad-hoc corporate financial planning & analysis as requested. Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the organization&aposs goals and objectives. Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Maintain data in Pigment (FPA tool) Job Duty Time Spent Performing Duty Process month end reporting packages 25% Process BVA 25% Product level reporting 25% Adhoc 25% Required Abilities and Skills: Ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment while meeting deadlines. Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis. Effective communication for presenting financial analysis findings to stakeholders, including executives. Ability to model the data in excel and present results in power point Keen interest in contributing to environmental sustainability and green energy. Technical skills required for success in the role. Education and Experience: 2+ years of relevant FP&A experience. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or similar stream Budgeting/forecasting experience. Variance analysis experience. Highly experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Travel: This role does not involve anyinternationaltravel.
