Our team is looking for an FP&A Associate

Job Purpose: To support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function in comprehensive and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in updating Budget/Projection Templates, Monthly P&L and Schedules.
  • Budget management in SAP and other MIS/database requirements.
  • Ad hoc accounting/reporting requirements.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparation of monthly Management reports and schedules to assist decision-making and planning processes.
  2. Large data collection, data hygiene/clean-up, mapping, and presentation in the form of excel templates/schedules and ppt.
  3. Scrutinizing Actual Financial data for General Ledger (GL), Cost Centre (CC)& Fund usage, spot any irregularities and make necessary corrections.
  4. Supporting Annual Budgeting process & quarterly projections as well as reporting on KPI's (including updating Budget templates).
  5. Updating budgets in SAP, monitoring variances, and addressing queries related to budgets.
  6. Assisting with Ad hoc accounting and reporting needs of the Finance department as they arise ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving financial demands.
  7. Partnering & Collaborating with Finance & other stakeholders daily, fostering effective communication.
  8. Identifying opportunities for process improvements & automation to increase efficiency & effectiveness in reporting and analysis.
  9. Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.

Requirements:

Knowledge / Education

Minimum: Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Business Administration

Desirable: CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA Finance

Interpersonal skills, Good communication skills, Basic accounting knowledge, Advanced Excel Skills, Attention to Detail, Time Management, MS Office, AI Tools
