Job Title: Center Head Academic

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the academic operations of a premier coaching institute in Mumbai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the academic functions, managing faculty members, ensuring high-quality education delivery, and monitoring student performance. Additional duties include curriculum planning, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a productive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, knowledge of curriculum planning, and excellent leadership and team management skills. A bachelor's or master's degree in Education, Management, or related field is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage academic operations and ensure high-quality education delivery
  • Oversee faculty members and monitor student performance
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans
  • Coordinate with other departments to achieve academic goals
  • Maintain a productive and efficient learning environment

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background and knowledge of curriculum planning
  • 3-5 years experience in managing faculty and academic operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze student performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Relevant experience in the education sector, especially in coaching and tutoring
