About this Role
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive our debt management efforts. As a strategic partner, you will provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on optimizing processes.
- Advising stakeholders on strategies for optimizing debt management processes, ensuring they are ethical, compliant, and scalable.
- Overseeing and resolving debt-related disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel when required.
- Conducting in-depth research to support litigation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create solutions aligned with business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 8 years of experience in litigation processes, civil procedure, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex issues clearly.
