Customer Success Ambassador

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Partner to join our team at SHC. This role is responsible for delivering top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their success with our cutting-edge SaaS platform.
About SHCSHC is a leading provider of innovative software solutions designed for the fitness industry. Our mission is to empower fitness businesses globally by providing exceptional solutions for their specific challenges and unparalleled customer support.
This position plays a crucial role in the onboarding process, ensuring that clients are successfully launched with our white-label web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
Responsibilities- Product Expertise & Tech Support: Gain an in-depth understanding of the SHC platform and its features, providing prompt and effective responses to technical support queries.
- Customer Support and Training Excellence: Uphold SHC's high standard of customer support by resolving queries efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships, training clients on the SHC software with a high level of proficiency.
- Client Onboarding: Independently manage and execute SHC's onboarding process, customizing the detailed onboarding process to launch a customer with high-level project management skills.
- Process Evolution: Monitor and adapt to changing customer patterns, enhancing tech support and onboarding processes to meet evolving client needs.
- Customer Insights & Collaboration: Identify customer needs and requirements early in the process, collaborating with the product team to propose enhancements and new features based on client feedback.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a SaaS B2B setup, preferably working with US clients, strong problem-solving and communication skills, ability to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional support, proficiency in creating and delivering training materials, collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with tools like CRM, support ticketing systems, and analytics platforms.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in India while enjoying a dynamic and innovative work environment.
