Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots, ensuring seamless cargo movements and warehouse management.
  • Support the team in coordinating container handling, inventory management, and freight documentation at depots.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze operational data from CFS and depots to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.

MS Office Expertise:

  • Utilize MS Excel for data management, calculations, and insights generation.
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations to present findings and updates to management.

Presentation & Communication:

  • Present reports on depot and CFS operations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify improvements.

Project Support:

  • Assist in special projects related to CFS operations, warehouse efficiency, and depot management.
  • Work under supervision to achieve project goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Learning & Development:

  • Participate in training programs focused on logistics, CFS operations, and industry best practices.
  • Actively seek learning opportunities to understand logistics workflows and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduates with a strong academic background.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
