We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Specialist to drive corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives. This role involves researching prospects, developing strategic proposals, arranging meetings and building long-term relationships with CSR partners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, persistence and the ability to translate our vision into compelling funding opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Outreach
    • Research and identify potential corporate and CSR leads.
    • Develop outreach strategies through cold calling and email campaigns.
    • Qualify leads and arrange introductory meetings.
  • Proposal Development
    • Support in creating tailored CSR proposals aligned to strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
  • Donor Engagement
    • Arrange and attend meetings with CSR decision-makers.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations and follow-up notes.
  • Relationship Management
    • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress reports to funders.
    • Support donor recognition and branding deliverables.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences
    • Coordinate corporate visits to our centres and donor engagement events.
    • Assist in organising fundraising campaigns and public-facing CSR events.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate donor databases and track outreach metrics.
    • Report progress to leadership and support compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Business, Social Work or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships or business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in proposal writing and presentation.
  • Ability to create engaging reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • A results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
