Lead Fundraiser for Global Impact

We are seeking an experienced fundraiser to lead our global impact initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and securing revenue to support our philanthropic efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, major gifts, and planned giving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of fundraising efforts.
  • Monitor and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a strong network of contacts and relationships in the philanthropic sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a focus on results-oriented outcomes.
