As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential information to enable leaders and the team to make informed decisions. This includes creating a great working environment for our global, remote team by advancing diversity, accessibility, equity, and inclusion through onboarding, growth, engagement, retention, and inclusion practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Ensure seamless integration of new hires, including culture and policy orientation, asset allocation, and access setup.
  • Background Verification: Conduct thorough background checks for all new employees in partnership with our vendors.
  • Employee Engagement: Regular check-ins to maintain high employee satisfaction and productivity levels.
  • Conflict Resolution: Collaborate with leaders to resolve people-related conflicts or concerns efficiently.
  • Policy Creation: Develop and maintain policies aligned with our vision, mission, and values.
  • Attrition Prevention: Strategize programs to minimize turnover and maximize retention.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct thorough exit interviews and handle off-boarding procedures professionally.
  • Communication: Create and manage all internal communication related to the People Operations team, including email templates, policy updates, and engagement announcements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • The ability to handle sensitive people matters with maturity and empathy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in People Operations, staffing, and large-scale people-related roles.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and employee relations case management.
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Prior experience working in a remote, global team setting is highly valued.
