Job Title: Senior Security Consultant

About the Role:

As a seasoned penetration tester, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in our clients' systems and providing expert guidance on how to improve their security posture. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality penetration testing and security assessments across web, mobile, network, and emerging technologies.

Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch results while building strong relationships with our clients through clear communication and exceptional customer service. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in cybersecurity, you will provide mentorship and support to junior consultants, helping to grow the team's overall capabilities.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive penetration testing strategies to identify potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security solutions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to help build the skills of junior consultants and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need 4+ years of experience in Information Security focussing on penetration testing. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of client-facing consulting work experience performing penetration testing. You should also possess strong technical skills in the areas of web application and web services penetration testing, infrastructure penetration testing, and mobile apps penetration testing. A strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including NLP, transformers, and LLM architecture, is essential. Experience with penetration testing tools and tool suites such as Burp Suite Pro, NetSparker, Kali Linux, SQLMap, Nessus, etc., is required. Programming language skills such as Python, Java, .NET, C or C++ - (nice to have), operating systems skills such as Windows, Linux, etc., excellent English language skills, and the ability to communicate complex vulnerabilities to clients are highly valued. The ideal candidate should demonstrate high ethical standards, be able to travel up to 25% of the time (both nationally and globally).

You must be willing to spend time practicing skills on platforms like Hack The Box, Pentester Lab, Vulnhub, etc., and participating in CTF competitions. Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and experience with AI model hosting platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, local LLMs) is a plus.
