Quality Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring that manufactured products meet the highest standards of quality.

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems
  • Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with industry certifications such as ISO 9001 or IATF.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and customer requirements.
Planning and Process Control
  • Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to develop actionable quality control plans.
  • Develop inspection plans that outline what to inspect, when to inspect it, and which tools to use at each stage.
  • Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) using statistical methods and control charts to monitor key process variables.
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
  • Conduct thorough investigations into defects or non-conformities.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to fix current problems and prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage non-conforming materials to ensure they are properly quarantined and dispositioned.
Inspection and Metrology
  • Perform hands-on inspections of parts using manual and advanced measurement tools.
  • Operate and program sophisticated machinery like CMMs to measure complex geometries and tight tolerances.
Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
