Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow large accounts in the Engineering & Manufacturing Software domain.

This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing value-added services to drive growth and success.

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned Engineering & Manufacturing Software accounts, their product portfolios, and technology strategies.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities across resource augmentation, outsourced platform/product development, and co-innovation models.
  • Build and execute account growth strategies aligned with our R&D, product engineering, and digital transformation needs.
  • Act as a trusted partner for customer stakeholders in engineering, product development, and IT functions.
  • Build strong executive-level and working-level relationships to influence technology decisions.
  • Drive regular engagement through governance meetings, technical workshops, and innovation sessions.
  • Partner with Delivery Heads to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to forecast and fulfill niche skill demands in CAD/CAE, PLM, SLM, digital twin, and cloud platforms.
  • Coordinate with practice leaders to bring domain-specific solutions and accelerators to the account.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing enterprise/GCC accounts in Engineering & Manufacturing Software domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Design Automation (CAD/CAE), PLM, SLM, Digital Twin, and Industrial Cloud platforms.
  • Ability to engage with both engineering leaders and procurement teams.
  • Solid understanding of product engineering services, outsourced R&D, and innovation partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to align delivery, talent, and leadership teams.
