Business Development Associate

We are seeking a Business Development Associate with 1-3 years experience for our SaaS product, Co Fee. This product streamlines fee collection for enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Makes outbound calls to introduce and explain the Co Fee product.
  2. Follows up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
  3. Schedules appointments and demos for the sales team.
  4. Maintains accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
  5. Shares product information and resolves basic queries related to features and benefits.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Confidence and clarity while speaking with clients over the phone.
  • A proactive attitude with persistence in follow-ups.
  • BASIC understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
