Reddit Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reddit expert to foster meaningful connections with potential clients through the platform. The ideal candidate will understand community guidelines, engage with Reddit culture, and leverage creative strategies for successful interactions.

The role involves researching and identifying relevant subreddits where target clients are active. By building an authentic presence through contributing valuable posts, comments, and discussions, you will establish trust with your audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities by analyzing client pain points, questions, and demand signals in relevant subreddits.
  • Develop effective outreach strategies (DMs, comments, posts) while adhering to Reddit's rules and best practices.
  • Track and report leads generated through Reddit activities, providing actionable insights to optimize future engagement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing or community management with a strong understanding of online etiquette and engagement best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone per audience.
  • Experience in lead generation or social selling is beneficial, but not required.
  • Familiarity with tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics can be advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a growth, business development, or community manager role can provide valuable context.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and outreach automation is desirable.
  • Ability to craft engaging posts that spark discussions and drive meaningful interactions.

  • Number of qualified leads generated from Reddit.
  • Engagement rate on posts and comments.
  • Growth of brand visibility within targeted subreddits.
  • Conversion rate from Reddit leads to clients.
