Bookkeeper Accountant Specialist

A detail-oriented and skilled Financial Analyst is needed to manage accurate financial records, execute diverse bookkeeping tasks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Support day-to-day financial transactions under supervision, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, entries, and adjustments.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
- Prepare and process basic financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports as needed.
- Monitor and track expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
- Collaborate with senior accountants in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Support during audits and financial reviews by gathering requested documents.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping; related internships are beneficial but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and the MS Office Suite; basic Excel skills are sufficient.
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices; willingness to learn and grow in the field.
