Financial Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients' accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting principles, with experience in XERO software.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is required, along with at least 2 years' experience in the industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  2. Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Provide expert advice on financial matters, including tax compliance and financial planning.
  4. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of financial issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with demonstrated proficiency in XERO software.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as tax compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
