Senior Accountant Manager
to join our team and take charge of managing bookkeeping operations, reviewing team deliverables, and handling client coordination and communication with CPA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks for USA and Canada-based clients.
- Review the work of junior accountants/bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CPA, clients, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to resolve queries and deliver reports on time.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to deadlines.
- Assist in process improvements and implementation of best practices in accounting.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Accounting, CA Inter or Chartered Accountant, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting (USA/Canada experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, or other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and review work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
