Business Development Executive
Job Description:
- Drive the success of multiple business engagements across different jurisdictions.
- Be a key player in growing our practice.
- Contribute to revenue generation and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Maintain open lines of communication with staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client satisfaction while managing within budgetary constraints.
- Anticipate and address client concerns, escalating problems as they arise.
- Pursue cross-selling opportunities to other practices.
- Develop innovative ideas and solutions that result in extended services to existing clients.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses or family structures & investments, becoming a functional expert in the area.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience working for a major accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of complex tax issues, particularly with international clients and CFC attribution analysis.
- A solid understanding of international reporting and filings, including PFICs.
- Master's degree in accounting and/or finance.
- Enrolled Agent/CPA Certificate are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or MCOM with Finance and/or Accounting as core subjects (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Skills.
