The Role of a Product Manager:

Product Strategy and Roadmap

This role involves managing the product roadmap and outcomes for our flagship AgTech solution.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product strategy and quarterly roadmap aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the product vision, mission, and strategy.
  • Create and prioritize the product backlog; define acceptance criteria, story points, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering/design teams; provide clarifications, define DoD/DoR, and sign off releases.
  • Cultivate user feedback via field visits, surveys, interviews, and in-app data; translate insights into actionable stories.
  • Define success metrics and dashboards (activation, time-to-value, MAU/WAU, retention, cohorts, NPS, adoption).
  • Run A/B tests, pilots, and experiments; analyze outcomes to optimize funnels and product performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strategic planning, roadmapping, PRD/BRD creation, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Mixpanel/Amplitude/GA4, cohort and funnel analysis, basic SQL/BI.
  • Strong user research, usability testing, wireframing/prototyping (Figma/Miro).
