About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile teams within our Agile Release Train (ART). This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of SAFe, Agile principles, and the unique challenges of product development.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilitating Planning Increment (PI) events, Scrum ceremonies, and coaching teams on Agile best practices. They will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate PI events, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach teams on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
  • Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
