Scrum Master Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent facilitation skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe. They will also have experience working with Azure DevOps and SharePoint technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives
  • Develop and maintain ADO dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and remove impediments
  • Provide guidance on Agile estimating and planning techniques

The successful candidate will be a servant-leader who can facilitate situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
