Senior Solar Inspection Engineer

Job Title: Senior Solar Inspection Engineer
We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Senior Solar Inspection Engineers in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Control and PV Module technical roles, with 6–10 years of experience in similar positions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and enhance inspection methodologies to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct on-site verifications based on 5M principles to ensure compliance.
  • Manage testing schedules for timely completion of projects.
  • Analyze manufacturing/testing activities and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Coordinate inspection teams as per project schedules to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Communicate findings, suggest enhancements, and report to the Project Manager to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-year technical diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
  • Strong communication, ethical standards, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office and renewable energy systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to dedicate 80%+ time to inspection sites.
  • Openness to travel within India and internationally for project-related assignments.
