
Chief Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the Grievance Executive position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing employee and stakeholder concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict resolution and investigative skills, as well as the ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations.
In this role, you will receive, log, and manage all formal grievances and complaints, conduct impartial investigations through interviews, data collection, and documentation, mediate between parties to reach fair and timely resolutions, and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in grievance handling, employee relations, or a similar role
- Strong conflict resolution and investigative skills
- Ability to stay objective and unbiased in sensitive situations
- High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
