AI Data Strategy Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strategic mindset, capable of guiding projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable data platforms and AI systems, including foundational data pipelines, data lakes, and real-time data streams.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of machine learning models, from experimentation and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in a production environment (MLOps).
  • Lead as a technical authority, mentoring junior engineers, establishing best practices, and performing code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  • Collaborate closely with our client's technical and product teams to translate requirements into a clear technical vision and roadmap.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering to introduce new technologies and methodologies that enhance our capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI systems in a production environment, including a deep understanding of MLOps principles and tools.
  • Proficiency with modern data platforms and tools, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow, and Kafka.
  • Strong command of at least one major ML framework, like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI technologies is highly valued.
  • Exposure to frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LangFlow is desirable.
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one key programming language, such as Python, Scala, or Java.
