Job Overview

This role involves managing Technology Transfer projects, coordinating tasks, schedules, status, and project reporting to stakeholders independently.

  • Coordinate Technology Transfer projects, including task management, scheduling, and status updates.
  • Facilitate communication within and outside the project team.
  • Collaborate on problem-solving and decision-making regarding project deliverables and meeting timelines/tasks/requests from project teams and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project milestones, contract deadlines, and spend according to established financial cycles.
  • Prepare draft agendas, meeting minutes, and presentations for project-related meetings with varied stakeholders.
  • Review relevant project documents and manage reference drug procurement and shipment.
