Project Leader

A dynamic and detail-oriented project leader is sought to spearhead cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and IT transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 8–10 years in project management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, scopes, and timelines for various business and IT initiatives.
  • Define project goals, success criteria, deliverables, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Organize and lead steering committee meetings, project status updates, and performance reviews.
  • Track and analyze project metrics, including budget, resource allocation, and performance indicators.
  • Maintain and share project documentation with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
