Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Varicent Version 10, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to create and implement elegantly coded and effectively tuned solutions that enable high performance and ease of maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop/Enhance compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans.
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gain a working understanding of business requirements and operational processes.
  • Create and troubleshoot Presenter and Presenter Adaptive reports.
  • Optimize queries and reports utilized within the platform.
Requirements
  • Strong Incentive Compensation domain knowledge.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge in RDBMS concepts and hands-on SQL queries.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams.
  • Knowledge of mathematical calculations to summarize and aggregate large volumes of data.
