Key Responsibilities- Social Media & Brand Management:
- Owning Union Living's brand voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms requires strategic thinking and creativity.
- Executing engaging social media campaigns: reels, posts, stories, blogs, newsletters necessitates hands-on experience with paid ads and influencer marketing.
- Planning monthly content calendars, trend-jacking campaigns, and community-led content demands a proactive approach.
- Collaborating with designers, photographers, and videographers to deliver high-quality creatives is essential for visual storytelling.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
- Developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to boost our presence requires data-driven insights and campaign performance tracking.
- Running paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with clear ROI goals necessitates excellent communication and trend-savvy mindset.
- Identifying brand collaboration opportunities with lifestyle, hospitality, and youth-centric brands is crucial for building lasting partnerships.
- Community Events & On-Ground Activation:
- Conceptualizing and marketing resident community events (festivals, workshops, mixers, cultural nights) demands creativity and event visibility via social media and offline collaterals.
- Driving event visibility via social media, influencer tie-ups, and offline collaterals requires a solid understanding of marketing trends and audience preferences.
- Partnering with F&B, lifestyle, and entertainment brands to sponsor/co-host events necessitates excellent relationship-building skills.
- Offline Marketing & Partnerships:
