Oracle Fusion HCM Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to join our team.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM applications using Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other tools.
  • Integrate Fusion HCM with other systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, applying problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Support the technical aspects of Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and maintenance, providing expert guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Offer technical support to end-users and functional consultants, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM applications, demonstrating a solid understanding of the technology.
  • Proficiency in Java, ADF, BI Publisher, and other Oracle development tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
