- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a neutral or US/UK accent for voice-based interactions.
For Voice Process:
- Answer incoming calls from international customers and provide timely support for their inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Log all call details and resolutions in our CRM system.
For Non-Voice Process:
- Respond to customer emails and chat messages promptly and accurately.
- Address customer queries related to transactions, account status, and service requests.
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-2 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent (for voice process)
- Strong written English with good grammar and typing skills (for non-voice process)
- Typing speed: 30-35 WPM with 90% accuracy (for non-voice process)
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Active listening and comprehension abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or any other similar platform
