  • Collaborating with Relationship Managers and the bank sales team is necessary, especially when coaching them on company knowledge, products, services, and selling skills, or accompanying them on client visits and modeling relevant behavior.

Essential Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel is required.
  • Candidates should come from a variety of sectors including insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, and other sales verticals.
