Key Financial Management Role

 

This senior financial management position requires an experienced chartered accountant to oversee strategic financial planning, cash flow management, and treasury operations.

 

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounts, with a strong background in chartered accounting. They will be responsible for:

  • Treasury & Forex Management: Supervise daily cash flow, monitor and manage treasury operations, and liaise with banks to secure cost-effective funding.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns, supervise GST reconciliation, and oversee ROC filings and FEMA/RBI compliance.
  • Audit & Risk Management: Ensure completion of stock audits, resolve audit observations, and monitor suspense accounts and bad debts.
  • Banking & Documentation: Oversee preparation and review of CMA data, QIS reports, and LC/Bank Guarantee documentation.
  • Export/Import Finance: Oversee imports, manage auditor's certifications, and ensure team adherence to timelines.

 

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in treasury operations and forex risk management.
  • Strong banking network and understanding of credit facilities, trade finance.
  • Ability to manage audits and ensure end-to-end financial hygiene.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
