Expert Customer Success - Inbound Tours

Job Description:

As a seasoned travel professional, you will be the key link between our international travel partners and on-ground suppliers. Your task will be to curate unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups by designing customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.

You will be responsible for managing and responding to B2B travel queries from international agents, handling end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners, and overseeing travel documentation and providing real-time tour support.

Maintaining proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates is also an essential part of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5-9 years of experience in inbound operations
  • Strong knowledge of India and the Subcontinent
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken)
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to think on your feet
