**Job Overview**

  • We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to delivery.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and deliver multiple projects related to Digital Lending, Platforms, Mobile Applications, Workflow Management Systems, and Data Analytics.
  • Have experience in implementing business applications both 'On Premise' and 'On Cloud (Public / Private)'.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business teams, vendors, and service providers to procure readymade or customizable applications.
  • Implement and enhance Core Lending Applications like OmniFin, FinnOne, R System, and other similar systems.
  • Coordinate requirement gathering, convert them into functional specification documents, and discuss with relevant Vendors / Service providers to procure readymade / customizable applications.
  • Conduct project reviews with Business Teams and Management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage change across the organization while implementing innovative initiatives.
  • Well-versed with both SDLC and Agile methodologies in Application Development, Delivery, and Implementation.
  • Excellent communication, interaction, and presentation skills.
  • Able to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including business teams, vendors, and service providers.
  • Self-motivated, methodical, and organized individual with a willingness to explore, learn, and mentor others.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
