Job Role:

Leading a restaurant operation requires the strategic management of staff, customer service, and hotel policies.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by prioritizing customer needs and providing personalized services.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring personal safety and the safety of others by adhering to workplace safety protocols.
  • Creating an environment that fosters exceptional customer experiences through strong leadership and training skills.
  • Effectively handling customer complaints and feedback with follow-up and communication to the Food and Beverage Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a manager in a 4-5 star category hotel.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
  • A motivated attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to self-improvement.

Essential skills for this role include strong leadership, people management, training, and guest-oriented abilities, along with thorough knowledge of service, cost control, labor controls, menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting practices.
