We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid advertising efforts across various digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive measurable return on investment, track analytics, and scale client campaigns with precision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Create and manage engaging ad creatives, targeting options, and budget allocations for multiple clients.
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics, including cost per click, cost per lead, return on ad spend, and cost per acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and funnels to optimize results.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Provide actionable insights from analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and accountability.
- Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.
- Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
