About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in managing social media, performance marketing, Meta ads, and paid campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling digital campaigns, optimizing ROI, and driving brand presence for clients in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and other digital platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media presence for multiple client brands with engaging strategies.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze performance marketing campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to build impactful ad creatives.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and insights.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with focus on social media and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and handling large-scale paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Agency-side experience in an advertising or digital marketing company preferred.
