Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of organic and paid social media integration. They will also possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

A key responsibility of the role will be to develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client brand objectives. This will involve driving data-backed campaign planning, integrating with performance marketing and influencer/UGC strategies, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will plan and manage monthly content calendars, provide creative direction to the team, and leverage emerging formats to enhance engagement.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong grasp of analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Clarity, Matomo, and social listening tools. They will be able to track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI, linking social metrics to business outcomes.

Other responsibilities of the role include staying updated on platform algorithm changes, AI-based tools, and social commerce trends, and suggesting and implementing tech-led innovations such as AI-powered creatives, WhatsApp automation, and interactive campaigns.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a proven track record in multi-brand portfolio management, preferably across real estate, retail, lifestyle, and D2C sectors. You will also need to be familiar with scheduling & analytics platforms, and have the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
