Job Title: Senior Maintenance Strategist

This role is responsible for prioritizing, making detailed preparations for, and organizing required work to be completed in their area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and plan maintenance activities to ensure successful execution of tasks.
  • Convert notifications to work orders, identify resources required, and create detailed work packages.
  • Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, as well as minor reliability improvements and modifications in their area.
  • Create procedural manuals that explain how to perform certain tasks.
  • Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management in the CMMS system.
Requirements:
  • Confirmed in the system.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Last 1 year PA rating - Accomplished performance and above.
  • More than 2 years of maintenance planning work experience.
