Job Overview

The position of System Design Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for leading the design and development of VRF systems.

As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in HVAC companies, you will utilize your expertise to drive project management, collaboration, and communication with overseas teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert PV requirements into product specifications
  • Develop system development and validation plans for various markets, considering performance, safety, and cost factors
  • Estimate VRF system design costs and validate cycle and structure performance
  • Lead team members in delivering system design documents for design reviews
  • Establish and update overall system design standards, including component selection and validation
  • Implement cost reduction, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities
  • Conduct troubleshooting to address customer complaints
  • Participate in product benchmarking activities
  • Track system integration design while considering cycle and structure design, performance, and safety requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Refrigeration engineering
  • At least 15 years of experience working in HVAC companies with expertise in VRF system design
  • Strong project management skills, including collaboration and communication with overseas teams
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (CE, CB, GB, UL, AHRI, IEC)
