Job Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for a significant product area, driving innovation and growth.

This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • You will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap, identifying and evaluating new product opportunities, and conducting market research and user analysis to validate ideas.
  • You will also lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing direction and support, and effectively communicate and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.
  • In addition, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Drive product adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.
