About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Manager Influencer Marketing (Fitness) to lead and scale our fitness influencer partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the fitness creator ecosystem, responsible for developing high-impact collaborations that drive brand awareness, credibility, and conversions within the fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring strong ROI and business impact.
  • Build a roadmap for scaling influencer collaborations, identifying and onboarding high-impact influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand advocacy.
  • Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Oversight of contract negotiations, deliverable agreements, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer-driven campaigns, from ideation to launch.
  • Set KPIs for influencer collaborations, tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Presentation of performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fitness creator ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale influencer campaigns with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
